Ubuntu Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus Gateway Email Server

Is there any documentation on setting up Ubuntu to act as 
an Anti-Spam Anti-Virus Gateway Email Server?
Comparable to this one for sarge:

Between using sarge, woody and ubuntu what are your thoughts on using
ubuntu for something like this?
