x86 Suspend/resume support in Hoary

Hi, I have an HP nx 9005 with AMD athlon XP-M 2000+ in Suse 9.2 suspend
to disk and acpi work, Is it possible to try suspend to ram with the
live Ubunto!! or does anyone know about it working with this laptop
model? I checked the results page and nothing there yet.

I want to be as sure as possible that suspend would work at least as
good as in suse to switch to Ubuntu...
