Python IDE

I'd say we go with creating our own python IDE, I've used others and
have yet to find one that I was truly comfortable developing with which
sent me back to gedit/nano repeatedly. We definitely want to include
Glade2 as well as wxPython. I'm up for helping out with development
should we decide to go the route to create our own.
