We don't support this in the installer at all at the moment. Some kind
of support will be added for Hoary because it's needed for Kickstart,
but it won't be on the default install path. I doubt it will be possible
to make it visible on the default install path until we have a graphical
installer.

In the meantime, just install additional language packs after the
installation is complete.

Use the "Go back" button to get to the main menu, and choose LILO
instead. Yeah, it's not obvious. Again, it's not really possible to do
better in the current interface without introducing additional questions
in the default install path, which we're trying not to do.
