Cherrypicking system-config-xfree86 from redhat

One of the biggest holes in our configuration tools in a decent X
configuration tool. The RH/Fedora one is far from perfect, but it
might form a good basis. Obviously we are talking about Dapper+1 for
anything, I am just raising the idea.
Basically, we need to figure out what the common use cases are and
what the edge use cases are. We then need to determine exactly what we
want a tool to do and what sort of error checking it should do.
Daniel, any idea if this tool produces sane configuration files?
