Reportbug bug

As some of you know, I do most of the grunt work behind the
ubuntu-users mailing list with regard to spam/held messages. It seems
that reportbug is pointed at the ubuntu-users mailing list. Sadly, I
have no idea what to do with these things and even if I did, it is a
not a long term solution. Should these not know be pointed at Malone
so that it can actually catch these bugs?
