I'm working on a remastered live cd for my university. Now so far I have found
that the only available info is in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com//LiveCDCustomizationHowTo and a few links from there.
I had a look into the casper sources as suggested and also found some info.
But what I couldn't find was how I would integrate the remastered casper into
the live cd again. Also how would I create a custom kernel for the live cd.
Can I just recompile it and reconfigure the boot loader or is there something
special about it.
I read on a previous thread that the initrd is a bit more on the live cd than
it would be on a normal production system
