I use <Ctrl-PageUp> and <Ctrl-PageDown> in all three contexts without
problems (Firefox, XChat2, GnomeTerminal). THe only difference I notice
is that in GnomeTerminal, the keys don't "wrap around."
Note that <Ctrl-Tab> does not actually change windows in XChat2: it
selects the actual tab entry, which requires that you press <Space> or
<Enter> to switch windows.
