Framebuffer support on laptops is generally poor at the moment - the
only one we stand any real chance of suspending and resuming with is
vga16fb. Directfb doesn't support vga16fb at the moment, which leaves us
with a bit of a problem.
The only real alternative is vesafb-tng - I believe that that may have
some degree of suspend/resume magic. I'll take a look into it.
Otherwise, we'll either need to fix directfb or switch to direct
framebuffer manipulation.
