Some criticismes

Didn't know you could drag and drop it there... what most users would do
(if they would think like me) I think is:

1. minimize windows to see wallpaper
2. right-click
3. click change background
4. click add background
5. search for background
6. click open
7. click close

Rightclicking and set as wallpaper seems much more intuitive to me,
even more than the drag-and=drop way...
