There only needs to be a meeting if the decision can't be made any other
way; it seems to me to be clear that regardless of inherent merit a
change of this import and controversy shouldn't go in just before a
release. AIUI this was a sabdfl decision; he reads the lists and if he
has been or can be persuaded to change his mind then he can presumably
unilaterally have the patch reverted until breezy as easily as he had it
applied in the first place.
