Spatial mess prevention

The new hacked spatial mode just feels like a bad idea. Since window
positions are remembered, having the window jump around is very
disconcerting. Since I don't  always like spatial, I have made the
browser mode the default. Since I like the minimalistic spatial
interface, i hide the sidebar, addressbar and statusbar. Since the
timing also seems wrong just so close to release, why not make the
browser mode the default?
