gstreamer-properties not accessible through Gnome Menu

Many of these things should 'Just Work', that's the goal. So, while we make
that happen, putting these things out of sight (but keeping them around, to
use from the command line) means we can find out all the kinds of problems
that users encounter. Additionally, this dialog is not particularly easy to
understand, so exposing it in the user interface is not a net gain.

We've disabled the advanced submenu, because we'd like the preferences menus
to be simple and one-level. If you go into preferences:/// in Nautilus, you
can see the icons left behind in the advanced section. :-)
