gstreamer-properties not accessible through Gnome Menu

I think the reason we did this was because that capplet is somewhat
advanced, and actually doesn't really need reconfiguration on 99.999% of
systems; the defaults work just fine.

Those who would know want to change things would know how to do it,
either by running gstreamer-properties manually or using the gconf
editor.
