Hi all

Please can we standardise on "Ubuntu 5.04 (The Hoary Hedgehog Release) 
(Under Development)"

Any packages that explicitly include this sort of thing also need to be 
listed on http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/ReleaseChecklist so we don't 
forget to update them just prior to release.
