proposed packages to support Speedtouch USB

I'd like to propose the following packages for Hoary:
* speedtouch, pppoe and br2684ctl
These packages are already present on warty/universe but if your only
access to the internet is using pppoe with a speedtouch usb, they are
needed on the CD to get a working connection.

Extra points if the modem it's automatically detected during
installation and the needed ppp entries created ;)
