Consider disabling middlemouse.contentLoadURL by default

I own a ThinkPad and for some reason other users always seem to think the
middle button is the `left' one!

Whilst this is amusing to watch, it does---as was suggested---confuse the
heck out of them.  I'm generally a believer in shipping upstream
configurations, but I can strongly see the argument for toggling this _one_
feature.

The advanced users owning a mouse with three buttons will notice it doesn't
work and be able find out (Googling) how to enable it
