Localization Ideas

I agree totally and have the same problem. In Israel a lot of us prefer
our menus in English, seeing that you can't find anything in hebrew
menus.
I would even liked to be able to install the OS completely in english,
but have it "hebrew enabled" so that there is support for file/folder
names in hebrew, and reading/writing in hebrew.

I would appreciate it very much if someone can share with me the
procedure needed to acheive that.
