do you see promising aspects
in a cooperation between gnuLinex and Ubuntu ?
The Linux Component Model is one thing they mention:

similarities include:
they started facing the choice of
having to invest 20 million too :-)
they have a broad user base,
are geared towards simple users,
it's a region with little money
and they use debian as their base.
