Renicing a task does very little to lower its disk usage, though we may
want to think about using the CFQ scheduler at some point, which should
help with that kind of problem.

Having a GUI monitoring and job-inhibit tool for anacron would be nice.
Hey, I wanted to learn about dbus anyway. ;-)  (Anybody know a good and
non-glib-oriented tutorial / sample code?)
