What about Grumpy's User Templates ?

Among these templates are  :
-Antique desktop :minimum memory / processor requirements? 

-Ubuntu Junior : Large icons. Access to games like tuxracer and
applications like tuxpaint. 

-Ubuntu Game Station

it would be nice to make Ubuntu derivates and User templates the same
thing. If someone wants a lot of games he installs "Ubuntu Game
Station".  Some volunteers could oversee which packages from the
official ubuntu repositories would be installed. Those volunteers could
also take up the job of getting a specific package into universe because
they need it for their derivative/user template.

For example the guys from beatrIX could work on the user template
Antique desktop.
