Plans to update rsync?

Hello,

I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to report a bug or
request a package to be updated (other than emailing this list or
getting on IRC). But thought I'd give this a try.

In rsync 3.2.3, there is a bug when the remote shell is zsh, it sends
some unescaped characters when using `--chown` flag.

This is fixed in 3.2.5.

Currently, Jammy is shipping 3.2.3, are there any plans to upgrade rsync?

The only known workaround is to install an 'out-of-tree' version of
rsync or switch the remote shell to bash.
