Fwd: ubuntu-wsl=1.478 pulls in unnecessary packages for WSL 1

And I put it on hold because I dislike having unneeded stuff bloating
my WSL1 installation. Just how I like my Debian VPS using only 1 GB of
hard disk and 60 MB of RAM.

I also heard that systemd doesn't work (by default) on WSL2, either,
so the decision to pull in the whole systemd suite seems completely
inappropriate to me.

I hope some Ubuntu dev can drop this redundant thing from WSL.
Otherwise it's more likely that I'll just get rid of ubuntu-wsl and
start managing dependencies manually.

Regards,
iBug
