Packaging patches for 5.7.2 and 5.8

Hello!

I noticed that Linux 5.7.2 and Linux 5.8rc1 releases on mainline PPA has been missing links to patches for packaging. Please review following pages:

I wonder if this intentional or it's just a mistake?
