Kexi update

Hi, Ptitjoz.


The Kexi package has not been updated in Debian since November 2018,
which is why it hasn't been directly updated in Ubuntu since then, and
why it's not yet in the repositories.


I have CC'd the Debian QT/KDE team on this message so they're aware the
package is outdated.  If this does not gain any traction in Debian for
getting it updated, then perhaps the Lubuntu Team can put some effort
into getting it updated for Focal series (20.04 LTS) and also in Debian.
