systemd-v244 still planned for Focal?

Hi All,
Systemd 244-3ubuntu1 has landed in Focal and I'm running a round of
tests to see if 244.1 could go in this week, too.
For the record we prefer having the new versions in Debian first, but
it is not a hard requirement.
