package antlr4 update

Hello,


antlr4 library in apt repository is very old.

It would be nice to have antlr4 4.7.2. in apt.

There is a support for C++ 
<https://github.com/antlr/antlr4/tree/master/runtime/Cp> which is 
essential for some projects 
<https://github.com/Nic30/hdlConvertor/tree/master/src>.

Is it possible to update package in repository?
