Problem with Engrampa

Sorry for my English :) 

Can you help me with Engrampa? I need recompile Engrampa in Ubuntu MATE
16.04. My actions: 

1) apt source engrampa 

2) sudo apt build-dep engrampa 

3) ./autogen.sh 

4) make 

make without errors. I have some problems: 

1) engrampa ignore my russian locale and start on English 

2) When I use "compress" button on Caja, engrampa start in background 

Whats I do wrong?
