Please backport ieee-data into xenial

Hello,

xenial has ieee-data 20150531.1 which has a nasty bug: 
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=826104

As noted in the bug report, this should be fixed in version 20160605.1.

Anyone using this package in xenial has to manually disable or adjust 
the cronjob, which is quite terrible.

I have tried to figure out backporting before but have found it 
impenetrable, so I would be extremely grateful if someone could take it 
upon themselves to backport the newer version of the package from zesty.
