Ubuntu 17.10 Dock should only show windows from the current workspace

Hi again friends

I'm sorry for having bothered you, but today I found the GSettings key
"isolate-workspaces" that does precisely what I was asking for. I still
strongly feel this should in the Ubuntu Settings app because it's a very
sought after feature.

I also discovered some very nice small touches in the way Ubuntu Dock
handles open windows; any app's panel of windows previews (opened with
Super+NR_KEY) on the dock shows the current workspace's windows first, and
then puts a small space before the other windows.

But I think a thin horizontal bar put before the other windows would make
this partitioning more obvious. The coloring of such bar should though
follow the coloring of the user chosen Gnome Shell theme.
