Dear Developers,

I am a very junior developer, and I have used Ubuntu for about 4
years. This feature request may be too subtle, especially in your
professional experiences. However, I just still want to ask this question.
Would you please consider add this alias cls='clear' into the official
release? Just like alias ll='ls -l' has been also added before. Moreover, I
have the following three reasons.

1. From the perspective of keyboard typing, "cls" is much easier to type
than "clear."
2. The corresponding command under Windows is "cls." By googling for some
related materials, I have figured out that so many people asked for alias
for this command.
3. Adding alias, instead of renaming, will not affect the backward
compatibility of the whole system.

Those are all my reasons for this request. Would you please consider
whether the official ubuntu release should add alias cls='clear', just like
alias ll='ls -l', or not? If not, could you also provide me the reasons?
Thank you!

Sincerely,
Alan Tsai
