phablet-tools on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Hi
When I run *sudo apt-get install phablet-tools* on the lates Ubuntu 16.04
LTS, I got the following error:

I need that package to download Ubuntu Touch source code to port on my
phone, any solution for that problem? thanks in advance
