I can't reproduce.

(1×10^−7)÷(1×10^−8)

equals 10

10 can be seen as 1x10^1.

I really don't see how to reproduce your number, maybe are you just using
the "^" symbol wrongly or just don't using the PEMDAS rule correctly?
