Launchpad - Tagging of bugs

Hi all,

Recently I have seen many new or unknown tags being added to launchpad
bugs that are not present on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Tags or its
sub pages.

One example is 'kern-key' that is not listed for the kernel.

There are others. It would be nice if related devs could update their
respective pages to list all the latest tags in use by them.
