dependance typo problem with gcc-4.8-arm-linux-gnueabihf 4.8.1-10ubuntu6cross0.9

Thanks Collin, that was the problem, I managed to pass this bug, by :

* Deselecting saucy-proposed
* Purge all *armhf* package
* apt-update
* install needed package.
