Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and wxwidgets3.0

Hi Ubuntu developers!

I write here since wxwidgets3.0 has been released days ago, and it has been packaged and accepted in debian/new and unstable 4 days ago.
http://packages.qa.debian.org/w/wxwidgets3.0.html

Shouldn't it be automatically imported in ubuntu?
Do you have any particular policy about LTS and/or new packages?
