Brother brscan2 not working on 12.10

Hi Frank,

which dependencies did you forget to install? When I look at the 
download page for the installer packages I only see the brscan2 and 
scan-key-tool packages for both 32 and 64bit?

Can you give me a link or a name of the package that these brother 
packages depend on?
