please include amsn back in ubuntu quantal

Hi everyone, as you know amsn has been removed from debian/ubuntu because it had some CVEs and no upstream support.

Now the problem is fixed, with the latest 0.98.9 version there is no known CVE anymore.

Could you please look at this bug [1] and consider adding back into the ubuntu distro?
Into my ppa amsn builds fine in precise and quantal [2], in the next few days I'll manage to make it work for lucid+ releases.
