Please post a complete syslog, not just a screenshot of one page of it.
It's impossible to tell what's wrong from a single page.  You can
extract it using "Save debug logs" from the installer main menu.

If I had to guess, I'd say that something broke the Priority fields when
regenerating the Packages file.
