Ubuntu Alternate Remastering

Hi all,
I need to remaster an ubuntu 11.10 server.
So I start reading the docs on the wiki [1] but I find the procedure
long, complicated and maybe outdated.

So I bumped into UCK (Ubuntu Customization Kit) and was like a dream.
Just copy some debs, running a couple of scripts and that's it.

However UCK works great with 11.04 but stops working with Ubuntu 11.10
alternate. Something is changed from 11.04 to 11.10 and the developers
of UCK don't figure out what it is.

Every remastered iso give an error: "Debootstrap-Warnining". On the
error console we see these errors [2].

Could somebody provide some clues on what is generating the error?
