Ohh I see that's why I was confused with how did they use apt-clone to
create such a system, Thanks for clearing that big doubt, Actually
apt-clone search on google gives result related to their system.
Can we implement a system like that using apt-clone and brtfs?

Ok. And then those packages backed up using dpkg-repack or by downloading
are installed using dpkg ? Can this system fix broken upgrades ?
