Driver for Ricoh webcam

Could this http://www.arakhne.org/ricoh/index.html driver be
integrated into Ubuntu 11.10. Every time I install new Ubuntu version
I have to install it manually. This driver will enable webcam for a
lot of laptops/netbooks. There are two different drivers one for WDM
other for UVC. I haven´t found other driver which enable webcam on
mine VAIO VGN-CR21S/W
