Proposal to delay release of Precise Pangolin

In such circumstances, the Ubuntu kernel team often backports patches it feels are important for a release. Since we do have some focus on power usage this cycle, I am sure all useful and relevant patches will be backported from 3.3, since this is an LTS release cycle.
