/etc/init.d/cryptdisks does not have a working start option

I think its just an oversight.

The main reason /etc/init.d/cryptdisks exists is to stop at the right
time, between unmounting non-root filesystems, and unmounting the root
filesystem. The start method is actually in the upstart job
/etc/init/cryptdisks-enable.conf.

I see no real reason not to have a valid start method, since you can
manually stop the job, you may as well be able to manually start it.
Perhaps open a bug report and attach a patch. Don't forget to subscribe
ubuntu-sponsors. :)
