Just one point to make here

Normally I'd completely agree but there are two high-end consumer features
missing (AFAIK) from .32:

 - ATA TRIM to stop SSDs grinding to a halt
 - Intel i7 turbo boost optimisations

These are pretty important features to be missing from a LTS but I do agree
that it also needs a stable kernel in the LTS. What I don't quite understand
is why .33 can't be in and there be point releases to improve stability over
time. It's done for security.

Bah. We're way too far along for any of this discussion to have any effect
on the final version.
