Question on oem-config

Hello - My name is Todd Kennedy and I am looking into use oem-config to 
repackage a bunch of servers for end-users. What I am having a hard time 
with is figuring out how can I either: add a user to a group during this 
oem-config phase or not ask the question about setting up a user when 
firstboot runs? I've downloaded the source file for oem-config but due 
to lack of documentation on this I can't seem to figure it out.

Any help is much appreciated
