eclipse-pde missing extension point org.eclipse.ui.newWizards

Hello,

I am using Ubuntu 10.04 and develop a plug-in for eclipse. When trying
to use the "org.eclipse.ui.newWizards" extension point in my plugin.xml
I got an error "Unknown extension point org.eclipse.ui.newWizards".
When I download eclipse for plug-in developers from eclipse.org and run
it, this error does NOT appear.
So I guess something must be wrong with the eclipse package in the
repository.
