MAC address creates Internet LOG IN problem

I have two operating system in my PC, one is Ubuntu and the other is 
Windows XP. Therefore i can't LOG IN in INTERNET from both the operating system. 
When i log in from XP then after that i can't log in from Ubuntu. 


There is a problem of Mac address arises, specially when the Internet service provider is cable broadband.
