Ubuntu packaging assistance?

Hey Randall,

It would be hard to get someone face to face if they arent already in
vancouver. What kind of package is he/she looking to do? Id recommend
using quickly to do app devel on ubuntu and that makes packaging easy so
no assistance needed. If its an existing app then ask on #ubuntu-motu
and they can help you through it they are very nice. Or just look at the
docs they are easy enough to follow the debain one seems a little long
but its step by step so it shouldnt be too bad.

It has some stuff for just package maintainers and uploading it to
archives..etc but that might be good for the future anyway so its not
bad to read it.
