It's come to my attention that we really don't have a plan for when to
do DVDs for LTS point releases....and I think we should. 

I know creating DVDs for each point release is a huge task, as it
doubles our workload, and given they aren't downloaded nearly as much, I
don't think we would do that.  However, should we look at doing them for
the even point releases, e.g. 10.04.2 and 10.04.4, or all but the first
one.  My reasoning is that the .1 release is only 3 months after LTS,
thus the number of packages that differ isn't significant enough
(imo)...but it could be argued that the subsequent point releases
warrant a DVD.

Thoughts/Suggestions?
